Our special order service is a designated area to help you when you cant locate the exact furniture you want on our listing. If you’re looking for a custom item or maybe just something a little different then what everyone else has, our trained furniture experts will help you find the right size, color and style of furniture at a price that will fit your budget. Since we offer thousands of colors, styles and sizes, we are confident you will find what you are looking for without the inconvenience of having to shop around. When the order arrived the remaining Balance is due. Because special order pieces are hand crafted to meet your specific requirements, they take 6-8 weeks to deliver.

Our special order policies are simple. 1) A 30% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. 2) Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once the order has been placed with the factory. 3) Under certain circumstances, some factories will accept cancelation of orders prior to shipment. In this case you, the consumer, are responsible for any restocking fees, which may amount to 20% of the original purchase price.
